- Sparge and drain while boil kettle heats up.

-Ajout du starter (1/2 pack US-05 pour 500 mL pour 100g de DME parti le 19 avril à 14h00)
-Activité 6h00 après l'ajout
-DI : 1,062
-Premières impressions du moût : Pas trop amer, on goûte bien le grain.
28 avril : Gravity : 1,022, goût green, on goûte le malt mais pas de rondeur, pas nécessairement plaisant. On va laisser ça en tourie un peu pour que ça settle mais un dry hop possible pour essayer de cacher le green. Je suspecte encore la US-05 de donner un after taste pas trop bon..
3 mai : Gravity 1,020. Vraiment un meilleur goût. Le gout malté s'est dissipé, pas d'arrière goût désagréable. Petit sucré dû à la densité assez haute. Finalement j'ai décidé d'y mettre un petit 10g de MOSAIC en dryhop pour les 3 derniers jours histoires d'y donner un p'tit côté summer/fruity. Surprenamment assez "rousse" pour seulement du Vienna, ça a l'air d'avoir du corps.
6 mai 2020 : Embouteillage. FG 1,019. Qté totale embouteillé : 7,70 litres. Pas trop d'amertume au goût, pas trop sûr du Mosaic en dryhop, ça manque de côté "fruits houblons". Sinon calisse que ça a du corps du Vienna... To be continued!
19 juillet 2020 : Excellent, petit goût vert/crispy au nez à la première gorgée. Sinon, fin de gorgée biscuité léger. Bien froide ça passe bien pour déshalitéré et un peu plus chaude comme une brown/rousse légère. À refaire avec une autre levure, peut-être la London Ale pour voir la différence.
