| Notes: Mashed in 6 gal water at 152F for 1h. Sparged with 3/4 pot of water to get to 5.5gal preboil. Added hops as scheduled. Added whirlfloc tab and white labs yeast nutrient at 10min. Cooled to 80F then added to fermentor and added O2 gas for 2min, then added yeast. Original gravity was 1.080. Typical fermentation in conical fermenter for 10 days. Moved to keg. Final gravity was 1.016 |
