Notes: 1. Water: 3 Lt/kg de malt, keep at 69ºC for 60 minutes.
2. Sparge 20 Lt of water at 78ºC for 30 minutes.
3. Boil for 60 minutes. Add hops @times.
4. Cool and pitch yeast.
5. Hold in primary fermentor for 21 days at 21°C.
6. Transfer to secondary fermentor for 14 days.
7. Keg and forced carbonate.
8. Bottle: allow to carbonate and age for 14 days. |
