Notes: Steep grains in 150-165 degree water for 20 minutes, remove grains, and bring to a boil. Bring to a boil, remove from heat add all LME/DME, return to heat. Bring to boil and start hopping schedule. Ferment in cold storage around 50-58 degrees. After 2 weeks, transfer to secondary/ keg. Lower temp 1-3 degrees per day until at 40 degrees. Keep at this temp for 3-4 weeks |
