Brew date 12/19/20 After boil SG - 1.084 12/26 - 1.042 1/1 - 1.034 1/3 - 1.029. Temp raised to 62 degrees. 1/23 - 1.018 Crashed to 34 degrees. Final SG was 1.0136 with a ABV of 9.53.
