Brew like you would any other IPA. The beer should present a bouquet of delicate citrus and tropical aromas and flavors with a bold west coast style IPA finish and secondary flavors with light spice and pine notes. Very hoppy and complex. I'm not that sophisticated enough yet where I mess with my water profile. Whatever comes out of my mid-Atlantic tap is what I brew with.

J'obtiens 10 litres de moût mais je réalise, quelques jours plus tard, que j'aurais dû couper le moût avec 2 litres supplémentaires d'eau car la «bière» est très forte!! (j'ai complété le gallon à demi-vide par 2 litres d'eau de source, ce qui a fait une bière faible. -Pour 8 litres de bière à refermenter en bouteilles, ajouter 50 gramme de sucre et 1,3 litres d'eau.
