| Notes: Bottled carbonated instead of kegging. After 2 weeks, it's still pretty flat. Trying to store at a little higher temps for a couple more weeks to see if that helps. It tastes pretty good though. I'm sure it will be excellent when it's carbed correctly |

Notes: Add 4 oz/gal of moderately strong fresh-brewed coffee to the fermenter.
This actually uses Muntons EXTRA DARK DME which has 2-Row, caramel, roasted barley and choc malt.
Coffee was 2 "scoops" of dark roast and 4 "cups" of water. Then I measured 12 oz and threw that in at the boil's end.
