Notes: Pumped the temp up to 25deg C, to get the yeast cranking. 1.015, and I believe with the passionfruit, it is done. Bubbles have halted, and it was stuck at 1.020 before passionfruit.

| Notes: We have been making this recipe for several years, usually we make a partial mash, with 44 oz. Of British DME, 22 oz. Of Dutch DME, 3# maris otter and 1# 40L crystal. All our other brews are all grain and so I converted it due to the cost. Also I couldn't find Dutch DME, Which apparently the original recipe writer thought would help with body. Hopefully its better! Cheers! |

Pull 4.75 gallons of runoff and boil 90 mins. Need to leave room in the fermenter for sugar additions. Shoot for 4 gallons in fermenter
