Feels like 3% Amber 7% Crystal. 1% choc Do again: 19% Amber was a way too large amount. Some porters do 10-15%. It was a nice strong Porter. Not a ESB. No real inclination to do again. Try: 86% Golden Promise malt 5% Amber 8% Dark Crystal 1% choc. 90 min boil 5% sugar.
