Notes: tasting it now before carbonation-- unusual flavor Anise? Strawberry? Different kind of bitterness, there were no boil hops but maybe too many in 190º whirlpool. BOttled 11/25/23.
The beer got better and more subtle, but maybe a little too much rye. |
