Notes: start this beer right at 50°F/10°C and ramp it up very slowly from there, starting about four days after pitching.
Increasing the temperature by 1°F (0.5°C) per day from then on means you’ll hit about 60°F (16°C) at the two-week mark, and then I simply leave it there for another two weeks. |
