Started at 17C, rose naturally up to 19C due to rising room temperature over the days. Nice chocolatey flavor, low roast. The vienna as base malt makes this beer have a fuller malty flavor. Low hop flavor that complements the maltyness nicely. A little bit thin-bodied due to higher attenuation than expected. Good head-retention - the wheat malt helped here. Would brew again with a different yeast with lower attenuation (perhaps english ale yeast) or higher mash temp.
