A tiny bit of sweet/malty backbone with lots of American hop aroma and flavor. It's hard to measure the exact weight to use and IBU's you will get from fresh (or dried) home-grown hops. I usually dry them for a couple days before brewing. Other than that, I usually don't even weight them. This is a fun annual beer that is slightly different every year depending on how good the growing season was and how many handfuls I decide to throw in during the hopstand/whirlpool. I grow a mixture of C-hops. I put Cascade in the recipe, but any American hops will do.
