Notes: 1 pumpkin for pie pumpkin baked @ 375 with brown sugar. cubed, put in strainer bag in boil
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice ( 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, 1teaspoon of ginger, 1teaspoon of nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon of cloves.)
2018 - next time - - try 1/8 - 1/4 lb lactose as well
2019 - -ran on nitro. - foamy, but may be bc I accidentally overcarbed for this
good spice level. good flavor, but better flavor after about 4-6 weeks. good color.
10/26/2020 - nice dark orange color, very good flavor. added 1/8 lb lactose, and this added a lot to flavor. |
