Gravity was really high 1.082 through the first 10 gallons so we fly sparge and sped it up. Brought gravity down. Used 3.5 lbs. of Simpson's naked oats and 3 .5 of flaked oats. Checked gravity on day 3, 1.016. Dry hopped 4 ounces each of Citra and galaxy. stopped it at 1.014, cold crashed 2 days and kegged. Very nice beer, fruity, hoppy but just in mouthfeel. !
