| Notes: The homebrew supply shop f*cked up my malts, they were not crashed properly, like half of the grains were intact... as a result the beer ended up at 5.4% abv, however the beer still turned out excellent. Every flavour I was looking for, was there. Pine, resin, grapefruit, orange, citrus, caramel/bread and grapefruit bitterness. Without a doubt one of the best hoppy beers I've brewed so far. On the pictures it shows a more reddish color, in reality it's a beautiful amber color. |

| Notes: Brewed on Anzac day NZ. The 28th Battalion was the name given to the Mighty Maori battalion of Aotearoa. The roopu were small, but packed a powerful punch, much like the moutere hop and it's 18.5% aa. The Moutere hops signify the support the Battalion gave to their allies in WW1. This beer pays homage to our ancestors who passed fighting for us. |
