My Brewing:

In 2017 I brewed exclusively with liquid malt. In 2018 I switched to All grain brewing.

My Beers:

Crisp and hoppy kölsch-style beer is my taste. Therefor brewing this winter was all about Kölsch and Ales brewed in the colognian style. In this Summer 2018 I will try some german Bockbier and more Kölsch.
