Notes: Sett boksene med maltekstrakt i varmt vann for å få ekstrakten mest mulig flytende og enkel å få ut. Varm opp 21 liter vann til ca 70 grader. Rør inn maltekstrakten og kok opp. La koke i 60 min og tilsett humle som beskrevet underveis.
Kjøl ned vørter til 17 grader før pitching av gjær.
Tørrhumle etter stormgjæring har gitt seg, 7-10 dager. |

| Notes: Steep Crystal malt at 74 degrees celcius(165 farenheit)for 30 minutes.Dry hop for 8 days. Cold crash to 2 degrees celcius(35 degrees farenheit) and gelatine for 48 hours. Carb at 40psi for 48 hours and serve. Nice easy drinking ale with a hop aroma. |

Notes: Step by step
Boil for 50 minutes, adding 1 oz. (28 g) hops at 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 minutes. Cool wort to 72 °F (22 °C) or cooler and pitch yeast. Ferment 66–68 °F (19–20 °C). This beer is best when it is aged for 6 weeks after bottling.
