My brewing style is eclectic and loose. Focus is on flavors to match the description and style.
I brew mostly Belgian Ales. Strong Ales as high as 15% ABV, most between 7 and 10. Starting to branch out into British styles and trying to control myself and brew some in the 5% to 6% range.
