Fermenting low, will start with a good yeast pitch. Our yeast has a range of 64-74. Going to follow the source instructions of starting at 60, raise to 65 gradually for 3 days, then raise to 70 gradually for 3 additional days. |

Dry hopped on 24/06/2020 - 2030 ( initiated Caribbean Quest ), and moved to warmer climate.
I ate 2 sausages at 2246. They were nice, gourmet even.
Holy shit, fermented down to 1.012... That was so fast!

This is REALLY nice. Mouth feel is amazing. Slightly milkshake IPA like. Thumbs up - first taste 06-07-2020

Notes: Mash the crushed grains with 5 gallons (19 L) of water at 155°F (68°C) for 60 minutes. Add the hops and Irish moss according to times indicated in the ingredients list. Add the coffee (coarse ground) and cocoa nibs at the secondary. Pitch the yeast and ferment at 68°F (20°C) until final gravity is reached. Carbonate and age for 2 weeks. |
