Notes: En su primera elaboración en términos generales BUENA, he corregido varios parámetros en el Dry Hop y en la infusión aromática,
Levadura US-05 funciona estupendamente a 19 grados trabajando con una GO de 1048 y bajando a unos 1003. se le hizo un Starter de 48 horas en 2 litros de mosto.
Infusión Aromática: a 80 grados se tiene que controlar la temperatura de la olla pagando el fuego e intentar mantener la temperatura tapando con una manta y poniendo la tapa de la olla, igual no es mala idea empezar en 85 grados y dejarla bajar.
Carbonatación: se taro el isobárico a 2 bares con lo cual tiene bastante espuma cremosa y persistente pero igual muy carbonatada para el estilo, se tendrá que hacer los cálculos en la próxima elaboración

- 70-75º Equilibrado
-80ºc Mas intensidad, algo mas de amargor

1oz chinook for FWH, collect 7 gallons, boil for 1 hour to reach 5.25 gallons. 1.5 liter starter of wlp 007.
ferment at 63-66 until kreusen drops, then add the .5 lb of table sugar. total time in primary is around 14 days. dry hop in secondary or keg for 4 days with 1oz cascade, pull them out and add the other 1oz cascade for an additional 4 days. cold crash and carb until ready. |
