i do not have info for my local RO water, so i added 1tsp calcium chloride and 1tsp gypsum to the strike water. 5 gallons in the mash, 5 gallons @ 170 in the sparge. |

Notes
mash grains to get 152f for 60 minutes.
1oz chinook for FWH, collect 7 gallons, boil for 1 hour to reach 5.25 gallons. 1.5 liter starter of wlp 007.
ferment at 63-66 until kreusen drops, then add the .5 lb of table sugar. total time in primary is around 14 days. dry hop in secondary or keg for 4 days with 1oz cascade, pull them out and add the other 1oz cascade for an additional 4 days. cold crash and carb until ready.
