Notes: Brew-In-A-Bag equipment profile set up for a 40 liter Mega Pot 1.2 using a polyester grain bag to hold the grain. This profile should be used with the BIAB mash profiles available in the BeerSmith mash profiles area. Notes: Recipe is from Josh Weikert who resides in the UK. The Fermentables had to be adjusted some to match what he had in his recipe, as well as the hops. His original recipe was for 5 gallons this recipe is a class exercise for a 100 gallon batch.
