Tasting notes Color: Transparent gold with a slight amber tint Aroma: Coffee aroma interwoven with light citrus and floral notes Taste: Smooth and layered, with the slight bitterness of coffee balanced by the sweetness of malt Flavor: Refreshing malt base with mild coffee flavor Tips If you want a stronger coffee flavor, increase the amount of cold brew coffee or shorten the fermentation time to retain more coffee aroma.
