Boiled with the lid off down to approx 23 litre
Added yeast nurtrient @ 10 min
Added Clarity tablet @ 5 min
Turned pump on and whirl pool for 10 mins
Turned chiller on during rest of 10 mins
Added yeast and clarity ferm to carboy
Fermenated @ 20 C
20 Mar 2023 - increased fermentation temp 75 F
23 Mar 2023 - racked in keg and chilled
27 Mar 2023 - Kegged and carbonated
