Husk å sjekke tilsetningene for vannjustering!
Whirlpoole hvert 5 min for få humlen i suspensjon, og la den få stå 10 min etter den er kjølt ned til riktig temperatur, så humlen får lagt seg mest mulig. (Prøve å redusere humle vi får med i gjæringskaret. + Bruke sil ved overføring av vørter til gjæringskar)
- Tilsette tørrhumle i humlepose og rips på dag 5?
- Sette til kjøling 5-7 dager etterpå og tappe 2 dager senere? Husk å unngå tilbakeslag med oksygen ved cold crash!
- Purge corneliusfatet på forhånd ved å pushe ut Star San? (sjekk om dip tube går helt ned)
- Purge co2 i åpningen av corneliusfatet mens man fyller
- 30 psi i snaue 24 timer, deretter ned på 14-15 psi. (beregnet for 4 grader)
- Kan også vurdere å tørrhumle i fatet? |
