Used RO Water and since this is extract, only added 4 grams of CaCl for the water treatment. |
Notes
Add appropriate water chemistry tweaks. I am using RO water and added ~4 gram CaCl along with some Campden tablets to try and reduce O2 issues. FEEL FREE TO ADD MORE HOPS AT THE DRY HOP STEP! I ran out, so I didn't have more to add. Targeting 2 oz / gallon. Additionally, I added 1 teaspoon of a munich (wheat) beer yeast (lallemand munich dry yeast).
