The previous beer was the chocolate hazelnut beer I made. Unfortunately did not write down the measurements of what i put in, but:

| Notes: So much flavour, not bone dry but enough body to support the hops. It's got that lovely 'strawberry cream' flavour and aroma that I seem to get when using large amounts of cascade and centennial. Bottle conditioned with half a teaspoon of table sugar in each bottle o the carbonation is just right, not too much. Definitely strong enough at 7.8%. If my liver would allow it then I'd happily drink a couple of these every night! |

Notes: This recipe is a culmination of pooled efforts between JL and DK.
It is Preceeded by prior brews of Sweet Spot (to sweet, probably because of an extended boil) and Sun Spot not bad but overcompensated with too many bitter hops.
Not to say this is the Goldilocks but the recipe is between the aforementioned and considerable effort to minimize oxygen and oxidation following the brew remains a focus. |
