Notes: As close as I've come yet to the real thing in Colonge.
Pale with lager characteristics, crisp, easy-drinking, balanced flavor. Light hop bitterness, and a clean, dry finish. Hint of fruity yeast character.
Needs to lager appox 6 weeks to clear.
