Notes: Bakke Brygg Mild Jul er en maltfokusert, men drikkbar ale i landskapet mellom en engelsk mild ale og en engelsk brown ale. Ølet har en relativt lett kropp og et maltpreg med hint av nøtter, toffee, tørket frukt og lysrøstet kaffe, balansert av et mildt, jordlig humlepreg.
Dette ølet kan være drikkeklart på et par uker om du tapper på fat, eller 3-4 uker om du tapper på flasker, og er dermed et godt alternativ for deg som er litt sent i gang med juleølbryggingen. Ølet fungerer også godt som en avveksling fra de kraftigere og tyngre juleølene. Brygg denne som en del av førjuls-sysselen!
Pitch gjær på 18 grader. Gjæring på 19 grader til stormgjæring roer seg ned (tar typisk 2-4 dager), deretter 21 grader i 5-10 dager. Vi anbefaler minimum 10 dager total tid på gjæringskaret, men eksperimenter deg gjerne noe mer nedover hvis du føler du har god kontroll på gjæringsprosessen!

Notes: Mash:
- A los 30' del empezado el mash, se extraerá 3 Lts de mosto, al cual se le agregará el azúcar negro y se llevará a hervor a fuego fuerte para lograr un caramelizado del mismo. Aprovechamos este momento para reponer los 3 lts extraídos con agua a 100°C, para producir el escalón de temperatura en el macerador, debiendo quedar en unos 69°C.
Hervido:
- Se hierve durante 90', pero los lúpulos se comienzan a agregar cuando falten 60' y a los 30'.
Nota Personal: Se Modificó la receta para conseguir entre 18 y 19 Lts en fermentador con una densidad 1050.

Notes: A thirst quenching and light hybrid between lager and saison styles. This beer turned out great. I dry hopped with Citra, but found the Citra flavour dominated while the beer was young. After it had aged a bit the distinctive saison flavour came through. It has an almost champagne-like nose and benefits from a high level of carbonation and chilling well before serving. |

Notes: This came out a little estery and phenolic (high primary temps) but was tamed by the Liberty dry hopping and some time in the bottle. Overall is a little fruity but finishes clean and lingers slightly malty. Great brew in its own way! |
