Mash in Ph was 5.5. Mash temp was between 65 and 67c After sparge I have 65l in the boil kettle so I increased my boil time from an original 60min to 90min to assist with evaporation. Pre boil sg is 1.040 - just a little off the 1.042 predicted. If my preboil volume as as planned at 55l - I would have hit the pre boil SG. Ended up with 46l in the fermenter. Added yeast starter at 8.10pm. Pitch temp was 26c. Will now ferment at 20c. Date SG 11/02/24 1.052 - Original Gravity Did first dry hop addition on the 19/2/24
