Racked beer from fermenter to bottling bucket
with a 5 oz corn sugar solution and
bottled 53 12 oz bottles
At 3 weeks (12-11-24) conditioning, the carbonation level is not where
I would like it to be. The beer is very drinkable, but too sweet.
If I were to do another extract, I would definitely change the hop
schedule and up the IBU. Will let it condition another week,
