Notes: The cherries should be added in the second fermentation stage. (When there is no more yeast on top of the young beer). This should then be stored for 3-9 weeks.
Before bottleing the cherries should be filtered from the beer and pressed out. The liquid that comes out of the beer soaked cherries should be put back into the vessel. Next you can bottle
After this the beer should ripen. It is not known for how long. Worst case 3 months.

Notes: Full bodied and epic. Slight sweetness and spicy. Closer to leffe than the first attempt. Darker than the recipe says. Clear, deep orange/red colour. Happy with this recipe. Might use less or no maltodextrin in the next one. And maybe more hops at the end on the boil. Orange peel in the fermenter possibly. |

Realizar una maceración por infusión simple a 150° F (66 °C) durante 60 minutos. Hervir durante 90 minutos. Combinar todos los lúpulos de hervor en un tazón y luego pesar 0,2 onzas (5,6 gramos) de la mezcla y agregarlos a la ebullición cada cinco minutos durante todo el hervor.
