Jet-30 için başlangıçta malt ağırlığının 3 katı ile başlıyorum. Şerbetçi otları acılık için Eldeki Brewers Gold, ve aroma için Goldings kullandım. Asıl tariflerde, EKG, Fuggle, Willamette gibi diğer otlarla da çok tarif var. Willamette herhalde daha güncel bir yorumu olurdu. BJCP yorumunda "moderate to none hop aroma" ibaresi var. Detaylı iski raporu olmadığı için, tuz ve asitleri yaklaşık olarak hesapladım. Şişeleme şekeri çok az olacak. Gerçekten eski usul ingiliz bitter olmasını istiyorum. og 1050 olunca düşürmek için çok su ekledim bu seferde 1039 da düştü :D 1044 olması gerekiyordu.
