| Notes: This was my attempt at a similar beer to Oscar Blue's Dale's Pale Ale and I think it turned out really well for how easy the recipe is. Great hoppy character with floral notes and a smooth finish. |

Notes: Pumpkin was baked at 350 for 60 mins, cooled, and then steeped with specialty grains between 150-155 for 60 minutes.
Sparged with 1 gallon of 170 water.
OG was 1.07 and FG 1.012. Not sure if steeping efficiency > 35% and/or pumpkin added some PPG.
Beer was good but a little too spicey. Would recommend cutting down on Nutmeg and Allspice. Also, steep grains for no more than 30 minutes. |

Notes: Second try at a GF Berliner. The first try was very good but sourced a liquid Brett culture that was grown on barley malt media. Trying a version without that strain. Also added Quinoa thanks to some feedback from Groundbreaker Head brewer, Tyler Kueber.
Will flavor in the glass with Amoretti Grapefruit Flavor Compound to taste. |

Quick Instructions:
1) Steep crushed grains for 10-30 minutes at 155°F
