Notes: Fermented at 50° for seven days; raised temp 4° per day to 66° for diacetyl rest; rested for four days. Lowered temp. 6° per day to 48. Rested for a couple days, racked to 2ndary and lagered at 34° for six weeks.
THIS IS DANGEROUSLY DELICIOUS. That said, I think I'd want to bump up the IBUs a smidge, bump down the OG a smidge, and even bump up the carbonation a half a smidge. Also maybe a slightly higher proportion of Pils malt relative to the other two malts. I want it to be just a bit smaller and just a bit drier. |

If this is your first All-Grain recipe, then you're in the right place. This recipe is designed to work as an all-grain BIAB. That means no sparge, no vorlauf necessary. You don't need a hops spider. You don't need a pump. Your BIAB can be a stainless basket, or mesh. It doesn't matter.
The yeast ferments fast, doesn't need a starter, and can ferment just about anywhere that's dark. Just pitch it in.
You don't need to chill your wart with a fancy extra expensive cooler, just use whatever system you can afford.
Don't over-think this recipe. Just keep things clean and simple.

No aroma frutado baixo da fermentaçao, mas com frutas brancas e amarelas proveniente dos lupulos.
Sabor segue aroma, perfil de frutas brancas com melão e pêra que aprecem bem em primeiro plano, no retrogosto a um cítrico lembrando limão siciliano e tangerina, sem harsh.
Faltou corpo que o tornasse mais juicy, necessário ajustar o trigo e aveia, mais corpo e melhor retenção de espuma.
Não tinha o objetivo de biotransformaçao e sim sair do clássico juicy e frutas amarelas.
