Prepped 8 gallon Sparge water to 180 degrees
Collected 14 gallons in Kettle
Mashed in at 165 degrees and rested 20 minutes
Started pump and mashed for 90 minutes @ 152 degrees
10 minute Vorlauf / sparged to 13 gallons
60 minute boil with hop additions
Whirlpool / Chilled to 68 degrees with Hydra Immersion chiller
Racked to conical / OG 1.077
Added yeast
Prepped 750L of Captain Morgan Spiced Rum with Cinnamon sticks
