Hneď ráno už začínalo vytekať cez kvasnú nádobu.
Večer nameraná strata cca 0,15 l a hustota cca 25 Brix. Kvasná nádoba umytá, zátka vymenená a utesnená leukoplastom.
Leukapolst nepomohol - hmota sa aj tak pretlačila a usadila okolo zátky.
