Þriðjudagur 07.04.2020, OG 1.010. 3 dögum eftir að ávextir fóru út í. Gas sett á í 8 PSI.
Comment: Bjórinn súrnaði vel, gott og clean bragð. Ávextirnir hurfu frekar mikið, væri gott að setja amk 2kg í viðbót af púrru. Kanski 3 ferskju vs 1 af mango.
