Shooting to do a 3 gallon batch so I'm not struggling to fill fermenter, so adding an addition .25 gallons on top for a total 4.35 gallons (16.5 L) of mash water, and a target 3.75 gallons for the boil (3.25 gallons post boil). If successful 3 gallon batches to become the norm
