Hoping to get 75% efficiency, last batch got 83% but was smaller grain bill. Going to do hopstand/whirlpool and toss hops in at around 200* and let the whirlpool cool down itself for 30 mins then crash to 68* and pitch yeast. Hold until clears diacetyl and crash to 55* per their recommendation and transfer to a purged keg and dry hop at 55-57* for 5-7 days. Cold crash to 32 for a solid day or day then transfer to serving keg.
