HAVING EARL GREY TEA ADDED IN PLACE OF COFFEE.
I USE 8OZ OF TEA, 3-4 OZ GETS ADDED TO COOLING WORT AFTER BOILING AT ABOUT 180 DEGREES. THE REST USED FOR DRY HOPPING ONCE RACKED FOR TWO DAYS.

Notes: Kok opp 19 liter vann og bland i alle ingrediensene unntatt sukker. Småkokes i 30 minutter. Ha sjokolademalt og limezest i humlepose eller lignende, og ha med de siste fem minuttene. Tilsett deretter sukker, og la det løse seg opp.
Hell på fat mens det fremdeles er varmt, lukk fatet og ventiler ut luft, og la det kjøle seg ned naturlig. Sett på CO2 når det er kaldt, og karboner til ønsket CO2-volum. |
