-turned out to be 21 liters
-lot's of mistakes made at mashing
-it was very well balanced, not dry, not sweet (but rather sweet than dry), and just perfect amount of bitterness, cannot feel the high alcohol by taste
-did not add honey at secondary because of high OG, also no vanilla beans
-6,17% (OG: 1.053, FG: 1.006)

Bottling: 99,9g of dextrose in 0,5 l water for 16 l, carbonated for 2 weeks
Thoughts: Awesome first brew (those mistakes were it's destiny), beautiful colour, very refressing (see the first two pics) |
