Look for a lower AA hop (wakaka?), but keep the MO malt. Maybe try doing first wort hopping + dry hop only. Lessons learned: 1) pay attention to boil size, 2) don't bottle trub, 3) let things finish ferment out, 4) avoid over-hopping.
