50 Litros iniciales menos 7 = 43 litros resultantes.
necesito 61 litros iniciales para llegar a tener 45 finales al fermentador. Por tanto necesito 18 litros de sparge pero con 15 creo que serà suficiente.

Basada en una receta (BBF PALE ALE) que salío muy bien , una vez evolucionada. Queremos ponerle pistacho para que se note y para ello quiero dividir 1,5 kg de pistacho entre el mash (0,5 kg?) y el hervido (1 kg). también tocaremos el agua para subir los cloruros y "salar" la cerveza a ver si notamos más el pisttacho.
El pistacho lo trituraré con la thermomix, hay que ver, una vez pelados, las cantidades en cada proceso.
perfil de agua: bajos sulfatos y altos Cl y Na.
Los AA del lupulo, no los sé, me los trajo Gabi, pero creo que no llegan a 18 por la experiencia de la cerveza anterior. les pongo 12 pero creo que seria hasta menos.
las levaduras no pueden ser secas. entonces aprovecharé el barrillo de la pale ale, origen de la receta, y añadiré por si acaso un sobre de mangrove liberty bell yeast
creo que deberíamos incrementar el lupulo en la primera cuota para que sea algo más amarga que la pale ale de la queprocede.
como no sé los AA que tiene serà un poco al tun tun pero le he puesto 30 gr inciales en lugar de 15.

125gr de pistachos pelados en el mash
270 gr de pistachos pelados a 15 minutos en el hervido.
90 minutos de hervido
salen unos 45 litros a densidad 1046 como la inicial
aprox. lo que se esperaba
el lupulo eureka en flor es elq ue me trajo Gabi.
Al final despues de embotellar, que fué un suplicio y por eso me he pedido el itap, salen 6 botellas de 0,5 L i 9 botellas de 0,33 litros.
la levadura es la suma de lo que tenia reservado de kveik + mangrove y le añadí un sobre de liberty bell.

olor: hierba verde, fruta madura tropical
sabor: hierba, resina, fruta madura tropical.
amargor: primero suave, luego aumenta pero desaparece y es agradable.
sensación en boca: ligera, bebible, refrescante y buen retrogusto.
negativo: le falta gas.
se le nota el pistacho? puede ser que lo que notamos en boca con algunas notas dulces y algun sabor no identificado venga de allí. en olor nada.
