BIAB mash, no sparge. 3.75 gallon infusion at 154º, should lose about 0.3 gal to grain absorption. 3.45 gal at start of boil, should lose about 0.6 gal boil-off. 2.85 at end of boil, should lose about 0.1 gal to hops absorption. 2.75 into the fermentor, should lose about 0.25 gal to trub... so 2.5 gal finished beer. Can use any fruit-forward hops, and can dry hop if you want, but I'm only doing large whirlpool addition.
