Notes
Session IPA. If want to make into a Session NEIPA, double the oats, sub in 1 lb malted wheat for equal amount of MO, and then flip the SO4/Cl ratio.
BIAB mash, no sparge. 3.75 gallon infusion at 154º, should lose about 0.3 gal to grain absorption. 3.45 gal at start of boil, should lose about 0.6 gal boil-off. 2.85 at end of boil, should lose about 0.1 gal to hops absorption. 2.75 into the fermentor, should lose about 0.25 gal to trub... so 2.5 gal finished beer.
Can use any fruit-forward hops, and can dry hop if you want, but I'm only doing large whirlpool addition.
