Kirsikat:
- Kirsikat lisätään toiseen käymisastiaan 4-6kk jälkeen ja annetaan maustaa olutta 3-6kk tai pidempään.
- Sulata ja huuhtele ennen lisäämistä.
- Kivet voi poistaa mutta ei ole pakko.
- Murskaa kirsikoita kevyesti jotta ne hajoavat.
- Kirsikat uuteen käymisastiaan ja lisää hiilidioksidia kirsikoiden päälle (minimoidaan hapettuminen)

| Notes: The homebrew supply shop f*cked up my malts, they were not crashed properly, like half of the grains were intact... as a result the beer ended up at 5.4% abv, however the beer still turned out excellent. Every flavour I was looking for, was there. Pine, resin, grapefruit, orange, citrus, caramel/bread and grapefruit bitterness. Without a doubt one of the best hoppy beers I've brewed so far. On the pictures it shows a more reddish color, in reality it's a beautiful amber color. |
