Notes: I would bulk ferment for about a month before touching it. Ginger and lemon juice slows the fermentation process down incredibly.
An alternative method is to bottle before it's finished at 1.011 and then pasteurize. |

Notes: -Will be using 2 packets of Safale US-05
-1/2 Whirfloc tablet at 15 minutes
-Wort chiller at 15 minutes
-Each pellet addition in a bag
-Will steep grains between 150 and 160 for 45 minutes
-All DME at 60 min.
-Will use metal filter attachment on brew kettle when opening ball valve and pouring into fermenter.
-Will shake fermenter for at least 5 minutes, then will pitch yeast.
-Will attempt whirlpool during chilling (in middle of wort chiller) |
