Notes
Use 3.0 lbs DME for the boil so the gravity is in the right range. Add the remaining DME after the boil is complete and top up to 5.5 gallons in the fermenter.
At 65F, it took 3 weeks for the gigantic krausen to fall. Use a blowoff tube!!!
Beer was delicious. You'll run out quick.
